Not only does the sun cause wrinkles and premature aging but now skin cancer is the most common of all cancer types. May is National Cancer Awareness month and there are more than one million skin cancers diagnosed each year in the United States. The rise in skin cancer over the last few decades is widely believed to be due to an increased exposure to solar UV radiation. Long-term exposure to the sun's UV rays can cause prematurely aged skin, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, dark patches, pre-cancerous skin changes and finally skin cancer.

The good news is there are many ways you can help prevent skin cancer. Cover up! Wear hats that shade the face, ears, and neck. Juvederm®
Have you been wondering how you can add volume and create a more youthful look without surgery? Juvederm® is an injectable gel made of hyaluronic acid that helps add volume and hydration while keeping a smooth and natural appearance.
