In the News - A new study shows Genesis is effective for scar reduction! In a 2006 study by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Inc, 9 of 10 enrolled patients with moderate to severe facial acne scarring received eight sequential treatments. The results found that scar severity improved by approximately 30% and 89% of patients noted greater than 10% scar improvement. Genesis treatments can be done with very minimal discomfort and no downtime. Consultations with the laser nurses are complimentary. Meet Maudie - Maudie is new to the Aesthetic Surgical Arts team! She works at the front desk and is the first person you'll meet in our office. She has worked in the medical field for 6 years in office and medical assisting and is also an Aesthetician. She has vast product knowledge and would be an excellent person to ask any questions about skin care or make up. Maudie has been married 5 years, has 2 Siamese cats and an absolutely beautiful singing voice!
