What do you do? What is your specialty?
I am Dr. Hunts' insurance coordinator. I help patients understand what is covered under their insurance plans regarding their upcoming procedures or treatments. I also get prior authorization from insurance for many of the procedures as well as referrals for upcoming consultations.
What is your favorite part of the job?
I like interacting with new people everyday. Insurance can be very confusing and I enjoy trying to help people understand it better.
Why do clients benefit from your services?
I am always available to take calls and answer any questions about insurance or the cost of a medical procedure. I am informative, helpful, and courteous. I enjoy my job and want to make your experience here wonderful.
