I have 2 jobs here, laser nurse and surgical nurse. As a laser nurse, I treat clients with the Cutera CoolGlide laser and supervise the laser personnel. As a surgical nurse, I prepare and monitor patients for surgery and supervise the nursing personnel of the surgery center. I am also assisting Dr. Hunts with full body liposuction using Tumescent anesthesia instead of general anesthesia.

My favorite part of the job is interacting with people. I enjoy having the opportunity to connect with my clients, and because I see most of them often, being able to follow up on their progress.

Clients who see me for the laser benefit from many different services. We offer complimentary consultations for spider vessel treatments, laser hair removal, Xeo (for sun and age spots), Titan (non-surgical skin tightening), and Genesis (for skin rejuvenation, fine lines, redness, and rosacea). Clients who see me at their pre-operative appointment for surgeries have the benefit of feeling more informed prior to surgery. They also find it comforting to meet someone who will be caring for them during the surgical process.

I have many memorable experiences here. Most involve the staff and Dr. Hunts playing jokes on each other, supporting one another through good and bad times, and how Dr. Hunts promotes a sense of well-being throughout the office. We enjoy our jobs and are like family here. It's a wonderful place to work!
