I am responsible for insurance billing and payments. My specialty is knowing the details of our insurance contracts and what impact that has on our patients.

I like a challenge when an unusual case occurs and even the insurance company is unclear as to what their responsibilities are and we work together for the patient to ensure the best outcome for all involved.

We all feel strongly for our patients and fight for what we feel they are due from their insurance company for medical services. I am always happy to answer billing questions to help a patient understand how their insurance works.

One time when Dr. Hunts was out of the office, he surprised us by having our administrator rent a couple of cars and take us to the coast for lunch. We all had so much fun!
